Pattern Imprinted concrete is the most durable drive and patio material with the largest range of patterns and colours to co-ordinate with the existing features of your property. We can replicate other materials such as cobbles, stone, brick pavers and wood with much more resilience to general wear, weeds and weather.

So are we! Which is why, wherever possible, we will recycle your old drive and use reclaimed building material to prepare the surface for your concrete without reducing its lifespan or durability. The aggregate, sand and cement all come from local suppliers, so by asking us to install your project you are helping us to support the local industry and reduce our carbon footprint.

  • During the design and planning of your project we will advise you with what patterns and colours will work well with the rest of your property and also what is needed in terms of drainage to comply with local regulations.

  • The depth at which we dig out and lay the concrete will depend on how you intend to use your space, for example, a patio requires a shallower slab of concrete than a drive for utility vehicles meaning you only have to pay for the concrete which you actually need.

  • We are also able to expand your current driveway or patio and any other maintenance work such as replacing walls and fences to make your project really stand out.

> Once you have decided that a Pattern Imprinted Concrete drive or patio is what you want, we will give you an idea of when work can start on your project and how long it will take. During wet weather or extreme heat (we can all dream) work on your project may have to be paused in order that the properties of your new drive are not compromised.

> Access to your property will be carefully considered during the design process so that you can access your home but we do require that you do not park on your new drive until 1 week (small cars ) or 3 weeks (larger cars and 4X4’s) have elapsed to allow the concrete to properly cure and minimise chance of cracks and damage.

> Whilst we cannot guarantee that your new concrete will not crack we do insist on installing control joints; neat saw cuts into the surface of the concrete which have been shown to reduce unwanted cracks. We always try to plan these cuts to be as inconspicuous as possible.

  • Once your drive or patio is finished, we will seal it with a high quality acrylic sealer which will protect the surface from colour fade and any contaminants which may be spilled such as engine oil or wine and sauce spillages on long summer BBQ evenings.

  • Although the sealer does not make the surface slippery, we also include an anti-slip agent in the top layer of sealant which, along with the texture of your chosen print, will give you peace of mind about the safety of your drive or patio for yourself and visitors.
